Lewis has over 25 years of successful entrepreneurship and business experience, 8 of which have been dedicated to delivering value to the human services industry. Lewis founded Aym Technologies in 2000, subsequent to founding a company which he grew and sold in less than 7 years. Prior to his endeavors as an entrepreneur, Lewis served as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP, one of the premier professional service firms in the world. Lewis holds a B.S. in Accounting and a CPA certification. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Systems Engineer, and Database Administrator.
Joe has over 15 years of experience delivering client facing solutions in the broad areas of application development, infrastructure engineering, process modelling, and database implementation. He oversees the direction of Aym’s product offerings, including product management, research and development, and quality control. Joe attended Oberlin College and the University of Michigan, where he majored in Computer Science.
Doug has over 10 years of senior management experience in both the behavioral healthcare and internet technology fields. He leads the customer service and implementation teams and oversees the daily operations of Aym Technologies. Prior to joining Aym, Doug spent 5 years as the Executive Director of a human service organization that provides residential living, case management, and day program services throughout North Carolina. Doug studied Communications at Fredonia State University and holds a degree in Humanities from SUNY at Jamestown.
Skylar joined Aym in 2006 and is responsible for overseeing partner implementations and incorporating industry best practices at partner agencies. Skylar brings over 6 years of experience in the behavioral health industry, working directly with and for service providers. Prior to joining Aym, she provided direct care services to customers in their home, school and community. She also supervised the community services and managed the clinical service delivery at her agency. Skylar holds a B.S. in Special Education from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
