Our History and Vision

Since its establishment in 2000, Aym has worked to improve the performance of our partner human service agencies through the identification and implementation of best practices.

Started initially as a software company, we soon realized that our partners needed something greater than a typical off the shelf software system. We redesigned our business model and added key staff members with industry specific expertise.  The result was OnTarget Software as a Service. Since launching this model our partners have achieved incredible performance gains and we have successfully established ourselves as a thought leader in the human service industry.

Drawing on over 40 years of combined industry experience, we are dedicated to examining the critical issues facing human service agencies, identifying industry insights and best practices, and providing innovative support such that our partners can fulfill their missions and achieve their goals.

With implemenations in North Carolina, New York, Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia and New Jersey, Aym Technologies proceeds on the belief that our partners can achieve best practice operations while preserving dedication to their core mission. Aym Technologies leads the industry in helping agencies achieve their goals.
